Bio
From the heart of Chester county and 459 feet above sea level, Portable Folk Band arose. "Portable" you say? "Folk Band" you say? Oh yes... they are all that and more. Amid the steely depths of winter, in a small basement room insulated with sleeping bags, Mark and Nat set to work. Mandolins, a beat trap set, and fretless guitars. And regular guitars too. There they labored throughout the snowy season, fashioning what would one day become Royal Postal Bazaar. The sun's return signaled the end of their studio sequestering.
Portable Folk Band includes long time friends and stellar musicians Shelly and Ian. Shelly also plays bass in Mini Band, and Ian plays drums in Critter.
